Online Order Status Panel
This panel enables you to keep track of all open orders & order enquiries.
Abandoned Basket Report
You can see at what stage of the checkout process a basket was abandoned. And if you choose to, you can follow up with these individually.
Send Status Updates
Whenever you update the status of an order, such as setting it to 'shipped' or 'payment processed', the web system can automatically e-mail the customer, along with an optional customised message.
Customise Order E-Mails
You can add your own text to the e-mails which are sent to customers by the eCommerce web system. This can be used, for example, to give them additional details about their order or to encourage them to follow your social media accounts.
